Unless you opt to receive paperless bills, you will receive your bills in the mail at no cost. Make the switch to paperless billing, a secure and convenient way to receive all of your Tbaytel bills. To start receiving paperless bills, from the myTbaytel account level, select “Profile” from the navigation bar. At the bottom of the page there is an option for Paperless Billing. Select Edit, check the Paperless checkbox and hit Update.
